One of the ways in which we can effectively inform and influence policy makers is by distribution of clearly expressed policy papers.  These are generated by our working groups in a transparent manner that enables every single member of UKCTA to provide its input and comment, or lead on specific issues.  Some of our policy papers are in direct response to formal consultations with Ofcom and the Government.
